Y será el propio Hideo Kojima el que se encargará de mostrarnos en primicia como será Metal Gear Online, que ya ha estado presente en otros juegos de la saga como Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence o Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots.
El nuevo Metal Gear Online aparentemente será el modo online del próximo Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. El encargado de hacer el anuncio ha sido el que será presentador de The Game Awards, Geoff Keighley:

The Game Awards 2014 se celebrarán el próximo Viernes 5 de diciembre y se podrán ver en directo a través de una variedad de plataformas, incluyendo Xbox Live, YouTube, Twitch y más.
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain se pondrá a la venta a lo largo del próximo año.
